Great stay for the price. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful during check in the location was convenient and close to restaurants and store , parking was easy and the wife worked well overall a solid choice for stay when you are in Provo I recommend this motel royal inn Provo thank you Mr Danny and staff who takes care of me!!

My boyfriend / future husband Ki McAlister and I stayed the weekend here, and some of best memories had been made the rooms were spotless had a great view front and back. Also felt really safe it was passionate to say the least we will be back.

To anyone who stayed here back when it was Days Inn. Read this! There are new owners that came with the new Royal Inn name and the difference is night and day. The rooms are MUCH cleaner, the beds are comfortable now, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell the new owners actually care about keeping the place peaceful, safe, and welcoming for guests. The previous owner charged an outrageous deposit then you had to call him multiple times to even get it back. Now my reasonable priced deposit was returned the day I checked out. Huge improvement all around. I work nights when I'm staying here and I don't expect it to be quiet during the day but it was so quiet so added bonus. I don't leave many reviews but these guys deserved it. :)
